Regarding its financials, Cedar Fair L.P. recently released its 2022 fourth-quarter and full-year results. Due to unseasonable weather, unfavorable shifts in holiday patterns, and an increase in operating days, revenue for the quarter ending December 31, 23% to $298 million from $385 million in Q4 2020. As a result, net income was $113 million, a significant decline from the previous year's $141 million.

Cedar Fair L.P. announced that it intends to start paying a quarterly cash distribution in the amount of $1.30 per restricted partnership unit for the first quarter of 2023. Also, a long-term growth plan is in the works, the company aims to continue rewarding its unitholders with attractive distribution rates.
