Keynotes First Trust Enh 13030 Lgcp Etn

Keynotes First Trust Enhanced 130/30 Large Cap ETF (the "Fund") seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield of an index called the Keynotes 130/30 Large Cap Index (the "Index").

The Fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Index by investing in a portfolio of U.S. common stocks that are selected from the largest U.S. exchange-listed companies and then equally weighted to have a 130/30 (long/short) exposure. It is designed to outperform an equivalent long-only portfolio by taking profits from long-term price trends while managing risk using a hedging strategy

The Fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in component securities of the Index. The Index is designed to seek returns that exceed the large-cap U.S. equity market, with lower volatility. It seeks to accomplish this by taking long positions in 130% of the stocks in the Index that have the highest three-month total return and short positions in 30% of the stocks that have the lowest three-month total returns.

The Index is refreshed monthly. The Fund does not try to outperform the Index; instead, it seeks to replicate Index performance by employing a full replication approach. The Fund generally chooses the highest three-month total return stocks from among the top 85% market capitalization of U.S. exchange-listed issues.

For financial performance, as of March 7, 2nd 2023, the one-year return of the fund is 6.87%. The year-to-date return is 5.59%.
