PowerShares QQQ (NASDAQ: QQQ) is an exchange-traded fund (ETF) that is designed to provide investment results that generally correspond to the price and yield performance of the NASDAQ-100 Index. The NASDAQ-100 Index includes 100 of the largest domestic and international non-financial companies listed on the NASDAQ Stock Market based on market capitalization.

The PowerShares QQQ ETF is managed by Invesco PowerShares Capital Management, LLC and was launched in March 1999. It is one of the most popular and heavily traded ETFs in the market, with assets under management of over $140 billion as of February 2021.
