Eaton Vance Limited Duration Income Fund is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objectives are to provide current income and gains and, as a secondary objective, capital appreciation. It invests in mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities, and municipal securities. It also invests in collateralized loan obligations, collateralized mortgage obligations, commercial mortgage-backed securities, and corporate debt securities. The fund invests in a diversified portfolio of income-producing securities, including high-yield corporate bonds and loans. Eaton Vance Limited Duration Income Fund declares monthly distribution of $0.072 per common share. The company has approximately 1.44 billion in assets under management.
