Managed Duration Investment Grade Municipal Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. It seeks to provide a high level of income that is exempt from federal income tax by investing primarily in a portfolio of long-term, investment grade municipal obligations. The Fund endeavors to maintain a dollar-weighted average duration of between 5 and 15 years, and may invest up to 35% of its assets in bonds with durations outside this range. It is a no-load fund and has an expense ratio of 0.45%.
