The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before fees and expenses, of the Solactive Equal Weight High Dividend Index. The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in the securities of the index or in depositary receipts representing securities of the index. The index is designed to identify a diversified basket of equity securities that have historically provided high dividend yields. The fund is non-diversified.

The Index utilizes a rules-based methodology that takes into account the dividend yield of the securities, in addition to the market capitalization of such securities. The Index intends to provide a diversified portfolio of high dividend-paying securities. The index contains securities from a broad range of industries.

ETFs are a low-cost way to gain exposure to a diversified portfolio of high-dividend-paying securities. High-dividend ETFs offer a diversified portfolio of high-dividend stocks in a single security. Some ETFs in this category are designed to track a particular index. They pay out nearly all of their income in dividends.

The Sponsor does not charge additional fees for transfer agency or trustee services. The Sponsor has contractually agreed to reduce or limit its management fee to the extent that the total ordinary operating expenses (excluding acquired fund fees and

trading expenses) incurred by the Trust exceed 0.49% of the Trust's daily net asset value.
